2013 Noche De Ciencias Recap

On Friday October 25, 2013, the “SHPE Familia” came out to support its Hispanic youth!. SHPE-Chicago, SHPE-Exelon, SHPE-UIC, SHPE-IIT, SHPE-NIU and SHPE-Daley along with Exelon, BP, Instituto Del Progreso Latino, Instituto Health, Science Career Academy all came together to promote Noche De Ciencia!

SHPE promoted the importance of Science awareness to High School and Middle School students and their parents.  Attendees enjoyed a meet and greet with Hispanic Engineers, and were able to learn about scholarships, and admittance into college.
