Register now for RLDC 2021

Register now for your 2021 Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC)

Guided by expert speakers and workshop facilitators, these regional conferences equip students and professionals to be leading Hispanics in STEM — in their communities and their workplace.

VIRTUAL EVENTS. In order to keep our Familia safe and healthy, all of the 2021 RLDCs will be virtual events. And being virtual means we’re no longer limited by geography. As a result, we’re able to combine regions together and plan three RLDCs instead of seven this year. By pooling resources and working together, each RLDC can accomplish more for less, and attendees will enjoy more networking and career opportunities.

BULK REGISTRATION. Bulk Registration is an alternative option for chapters who are paying for 5 or more registration fees with a university/college check, money order, or credit card. Please see the Bulk Registration form for more information.

CAREER FAIRS. Each RLDC includes a robust and thriving Career Fair with national and regional sponsors who are specifically hiring people qualified for STEM internships and full-time positions. To be considered for these positions, please upload your updated resume after you register using the link in your confirmation email.

NEW COMPETITION. The all-new Designing for a VUCA World Competition empowers YOU to use your STEM backgrounds to create new and innovative products and/or services to help solve some of the world’s most VOLATILE, UNCERTAIN, COMPLEX, and AMBIGUOUS (VUCA) problems! The competition starts February 15 with final presentations completed during the RLDCs. Register by February 12!

We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to develop your leadership skills, network with your Familia, and challenge yourself to get outside of your comfort zone. What better way to start off the new year, David?
